Neodent CM Connection
Final abutments that are indexed (have a hex to engage implant) are only torqued to 15Ncm because of the morse taper connection.
Removing "Stuck" CM Abutment
Sometimes when removing a CM Abutment they seem to be stuck in patients mouth on implant after loosening. The Morse Taper mechanical design cold weld's the abutment to the inner walls of the implant. This walkthrough video shows a simple tapping technique to break the seal between abutment and implant.

Medentika Torque Wrench
How to restore a Neodent implant using the Medentika Torque wrench. We only torque Neodent abutment screws to 15Ncm. This torque wrench is designed to break away at what ever setting is placed on the wrench. (anywhere from 10Ncm up to 35Ncm)
Why a TiBAse didn't work...for screw retained.
Tibase abutments are great for screw retained restorations. 2 instances where it does NOT work though are when the implant is placed too far buccal on the ridge... OR... when there is an increased angulation away from the central fossa.
