Implant Complications

Trephines are designed to core out an implant still remaining in bone.

When the inside of the Implant connection is NOT compromised we can place an Implant retrieval tool down into the implant and "Crack" the implant out of bone by reversing it with torque wrench.

If an abutment screw head becomes stripped, we can order this tool for GM to grab the walls of the abutment screw head and with some pressure and slow turn counter clockwise should back out screw...

A "stuck" healing abutment could possibly use some plumbers tape on end of screwdriver.  Another method could be a small round bur creating a slot to us ea flat head screwdriver.  

we can provide tools to help prepare the inside of a fractured screw to grab and remove piece to correct restoration.
